Through our commitment to constantly improve our Customer Service, we developed a Quality Assurance plan following the UNI EN ISO 9001 : 2000 rules, and obtained in January 2003 the first dental floss production certification.

In January 2006, our Quality Assurance system was reconfirmed (Registration Certificate no. CERT-16926-2006-AQ-MIL-SINCERT, sector EA:14) by DNV Det Norske Veritas www.dnv.it, one of the most known and important certification organization in the international field.

Each lot of the floss we produce is carefully checked from our Quality
Control division following the stated operating procedures. Random samples three times each year are provided with a qualitative and quantitative certificate of analysis issued by the laboratory of the Stazione Sperimentale della Seta (it’s the most important Italian state laboratory that is in a position to analyze any kind of floss), and with a certificate relating to the bacteriological exam (bacterial/mycotic charge) carried out by the
laboratory of the local health center Agenzia Regionale per la Protezione
dell’Ambiente del Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Dipartimento Provinciale di
Trieste, Bio-toxicological Service.
